Taste of nature
Before the arrival of tourism, the Ladin valleys were fairly poor. Back then, farmers respected the rhythms of nature and the Earth’s seasonal bounties decked their tables. Join us and go back to the roots of our local culture. In the mornings, we’ll take lovely excursions to discover native herbs and spontaneous flowers, and farmfresh alpine cheeses.
These freshly harvested ingredients will then be used in a cooking class, and the dishes we prepare will be enjoyed in good company.
